Dr. Johannes Gabriel

Johannes is founder and managing director of Foresight Intelligence. He is also an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University's SAIS, teaching in its Global Risk program. Johannes is a non-resident fellow with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin. He was a PhD student with the Daimler AG's internal futures research division and wrote his thesis about the philosophy of science of future studies. Johannes is also co-founder of Ayla, an organizational consultancy for social enterprises. He has more than 13 years experience working in the field of strategic foresight.

Liana Lim Hinch

Liana is the Foresight Intelligence Indonesia Lead, with a diverse portfolio of foresight projects across Indonesia and the EU. Her experience spans a broad spectrum, from conducting normative workshops and threat assessments on the Future of Trade in a Net Zero World for a top EU foundation to facilitating explorative workshops on the Future of Indonesia's Higher Education, Europe's Media Landscape, and Germany-Turkey Relations. Notable engagements include guiding critical stakeholders in Indonesia's coal industry on risk identification and impact assessment for a Just Transition, performing horizon scanning for a leading multinational tech company in Indonesia, and writing a brief on the Future of Governance, Institutions, and Regulatory Models for 2050 for the WHO. Liana also regularly consults with the International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group) as a corporate governance and sustainability specialist, advising Asian companies on their corporate governance practices. Liana holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University and is based in Jakarta.

Marcel Hadeed

Marcel is a foresight consultant at Foresight Intelligence. He previously worked as senior project manager at a large German philanthropic foundation. He has experience in public administration and academia, where he researched and published on a variety of topics, including European social-, economic-, and security policy. In this context, Marcel conducted a comprehensive foresight project on European security and used the attained insights to publish on the merit of the discipline for international relations scholarship. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School and a Bachelor in international relations from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Netherlands.

Suzon Mazataud

Suzon is a student assistant at Foresight Intelligence. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at the Hertie School in Berlin and received her BA in European Studies from Maastricht University. Her research interests include European governance, crisis management, fundamental rights, and quantitative analysis. She has travelled to 32 countries so far and loves to take every opportunity to discover new ones

Ingo Kollosche

Ingo is head of research with the Institute for Future Studies and Technology Assessment and a freelance consultant with Foresight Intelligence. Before that, he was a member of the research and teaching staff at the chair for Integrated Traffic Planning at Freie Universität Berlin. From 2000 to 2009, he worked with Daimler AG's Society and Technology Research Group in Berlin. He studied political science and sociology at Humboldt Universität Berlin and at Duke University. He is interested in social change, comparative politics, and literature.
